The joint press conference on GPA 96-03 will be held tomorrow, 4 April 2000, at 11 am on the steps of the County Administration Center at 1600 Pacific Highway. This press conference has been called by SOFAR, Surfrider Foundation, California Oaks Foundation, and Mountain Lion Foundation. All of our supporters are invited to attend this important news conference.

The numerous unmitigatable impacts have fatally flawed the EIR for GPA 96-03. The EIR cannot be certified nor the Statement of Overriding Considerations signed. We strongly urge you to contact your elected representatives IMMEDIATELY, and let them know about the issue and your opposition to the County's inadequate plan for San Diego’s backcountry oak woodlands, wildlands, and agricultural preserve grazing lands.
